Welcome to Baja Good. By accessing or using our website (bajagood.com) and booking our expeditions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Deposits

• A refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot for your vehicle on an expedition.

• Deposits secure your vehicle’s place, not individual passengers. Final pricing and passenger count will be confirmed before your balance is due.

• Full payment must be made by the deadline communicated after booking. Failure to pay may result in loss of your reservation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Once you confirm your booking and make full payment, cancellation policies will apply as communicated in your confirmation email.

• Baja Good reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or credits will be provided.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy, legally registered, and insured for travel in Mexico.

• You are responsible for your own personal travel documents (passport, visas, permits, etc.).

• You must comply with local laws, customs regulations, and safety instructions provided by Baja Good guides.

4. Health & Safety

• Participation is at your own risk. Baja Good is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property during expeditions.

• Travelers must carry their own health insurance and understand the risks associated with overland travel in remote areas.

• Baja Good may refuse participation if a traveler poses a safety risk to themselves or the group.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Baja Good organizes and leads group expeditions but does not own or operate third-party services (such as accommodations, ferries, or restaurants). We are not liable for the acts or omissions of these providers.

• By booking a trip, you agree that Baja Good is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, delays, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on bajagood.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Baja Good and may not be used without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
